Bolt&Barter supports returns and disputes only when a listing materially misrepresented the fabric, lot, or proof details shown to the buyer.

- Wrong fiber content
- Wrong color or materially different tone
- Wrong width
- Undisclosed flaw
- Wrong yardage or quantity
- Wrong dye lot
Not eligible
- Change of mind after a verified swatch was ordered knowingly
- Preference differences that were disclosed in the listing
- Normal deadstock variation that was accurately documented
How review works
Buyers open a structured dispute from the order dashboard. Operators review the claim, seller evidence, YardCard fields, photos, and any proof metadata before resolving the case.
