Bolt&Barter supports returns and disputes only when a listing materially misrepresented the fabric, lot, or proof details shown to the buyer.

Wrong fiber content
Wrong color or materially different tone
Wrong width
Undisclosed flaw
Wrong yardage or quantity
Wrong dye lot

Not eligible

Change of mind after a verified swatch was ordered knowingly
Preference differences that were disclosed in the listing
Normal deadstock variation that was accurately documented

How review works

Buyers open a structured dispute from the order dashboard. Operators review the claim, seller evidence, YardCard fields, photos, and any proof metadata before resolving the case.
